Returns Policy
Please ensure that you check your stock thoroughly before putting them on the sales floor.

Reporting a Fault:
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us with photo evidence clearly showing the defect before returning the item. -
Return Period:
All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. -
Return Conditions:
Returned items must have their original tags attached and be in the same condition as received.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed or altered -
Return Shipping:
All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. -
Assessment and Resolution:
Once we receive and assess the item, if it is deemed faulty, we will issue a credit note or a replacement piece/set where possible. -
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or store/customer-related damage.
