STORE POLICY

Returns Policy

Please ensure that you check your stock thoroughly before putting them on the sales floor.

  • Reporting a Fault:
    If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us with photo evidence clearly showing the defect before returning the item.

  • Return Period:
    All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Return Conditions:
    Returned items must have their original tags attached and be in the same condition as received.
    We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed or altered

  • Return Shipping:
    All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • Assessment and Resolution:
    Once we receive and assess the item, if it is deemed faulty, we will issue a credit note or a replacement piece/set where possible.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or store/customer-related damage.
